All orders are typically processed within 24–48 working hours from the time of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Timelines

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen logistical delays. Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable regions may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Any applicable shipping charges for specific promotions, special orders, or cash-on-delivery services (if available) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery Partners

Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

  • Odra is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout.
  • Odra shall not be liable for products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or use after successful delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Refused or Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

If you refuse to accept a COD order without valid reason:

·  The order will be treated as RTO (Return to Origin).

·  Repeated refusals may result in suspension of COD facility.
