Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that a clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return/exchange requests.
Damaged or Defective Products (Our Responsibility)
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, you are eligible for a replacement.
Conditions:
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory, recorded from the moment the package is opened
• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Requests made after 48 hours cannot be accepted
• Claims without an unboxing video will not be processed
• Replacement is provided at no cost. Return shipping is covered by ODRA
Product Exchange
If you would like to exchange your product for a different variant or product:
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Request must be raised within 30 days of delivery
• Unboxing video is mandatory
• No additional shipping charges for exchanges due to our error
• Exchange is subject to stock availability
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Products that have been opened, used, or partially used
• Products without original packaging
• Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer
• Returns initiated after 30 days
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
• Email: info@odraorganics.com with your order number
• Provide the reason for return (defective, wrong item, etc.)
• Attach clear photos or unboxing video
• We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable)
Refunds
Upon inspection of your returned item:
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are credited to your original payment method
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of all ODRA products. If you experience any issues with product quality within 60 days of purchase, contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement.
